Kingjet's LC3013 ink cartridges are compatible replacements, they may show a question mark symbol "?" on the ink level indicators. But it doesn't affect using, and the ink level is real. These LC3013 ink cartridges are compatible with Brother MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW, MFC-J690DW, and MFC-J895DW printers.

If the LC3013 ink cartridges BK/C/M/Y do not work with your printer, please remove the cartridges, turn off the machine and unplug it for fifteen minutes, then put the cartridge back in, turn it on and reboot. If you still have no luck, please show us the photo of the error message for replacement.

It'd be better to keep the printer power-on if you often use it, as printers will run the printhead cleaning automatically when reset, which will waste ink. But if the machine isn't used frequently, please turn it off.

The LC3013 and LC3011 ink cartridges are compatible replacements, they may show a question mark symbol "?" on the ink level indicators. But it doesn't affect using, please check the actual cartridge capacity on your PC driver.

The LC3013 ink cartridges are compatible with Brother MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW, MFC-J690DW, and MFC-J895DW Inkjet Printers in North America. Each LC3011 or LC3013 black cartridge can print approximately 400 pages, and each color cartridge can print around 400 pages at 5% coverage of A4 paper.
